Stories so unbelievable you have to believe them
I don't remember how I first found this podcast, but after hearing one, I downloaded them all. Each story is different, but there seem to be some over-arching themes: success in spite of despair, humor taking precedence over responsibility, serendipity quietly manifesting to win out the day. Yes, it may seem like a bunch of whining at first, but it is so much deeper than that. This raw podcast is what happens when writers drop the shields of revision, editor, and publisher and expose the real-world truths behind the fantasy-world lies. If you are going to try out The Moth, please, do not stop after just one. You have to hear a least a couple to understand what it is that makes this series so unforgettably great.Read full review »
