“Used to could injuries” /consistency
I love when an episode meets me as a PT where I’m at personally and encourages me to continue to help my clients at the same time. Personally deciding to leave a few of my old gymnastics tricks behind recently (now age 49) as I too was taking a step back for at least a year repairing micro-tears. Pushing forward with emphasizing consistency as in shorter duration stretching sessions, but more frequently throughout the week has been my push always with clients!!🙌 Love Exercise Science too!!🤓
