“This review is coming from someone part way through the NASM CPT7 course. I’m 48 yrs old and have not been to college in over 20 years. The CPT7 course has its challenges and Dr Rick Richey breaks things down clearly, covers Persomal Training business topics I’m often wondering about, and his tempo is perfect. He can explain things in layman’s terms and break them dine even further in ways even my not very educated brain can comprehend. I also like his topics of choice. I like this podcast for personal enrichment as well as future career goals.”

“For context, the only connection I have with NASM is that I’ve already passed the NASM CPT exam after taking their premium online guided course. I only began listening to & watching Richey’s podcasts after passing because I felt weak in knowledge in some areas.
