“I started listening to Rick’s podcast as I was studying for the NASM CPT exam over a year ago. I had no idea, most of the time, what he was talking about because I didn’t understand a lot of the terminology. However, the reason for listening was not to necessarily remember what he was saying but to become familiar with this new language. It certainly helped my studying immensely. Since then I passed the Exam and I continue listening to these podcasts every week but now I actually understand what’s being discussed. I love the humor, humility, and humanity that Rick brings to the table. He reminds me of my own sons and their love for people and their passion for their individual gifts. I appreciate and enjoy every topic and look forward to the next. I rate this podcast as a 5 star Triple A+. Every trainer and trainer should be listening.”
