These guy are so lame. They come up with so many excuses not to run. It’s ok you don’t like running. Take the podcast in a different direction but stop the whiny complaining why you aren’t running. No one cares. 5km elites

I’ve been listening since 2017, when I was looking for running info around Buffalo. I don’t live in Buffalo anymore, but I have never stopped listening. Dudes! These guys are human! I enjoyed the early on interviews, but what I like best is their conversations. Family guys, working guys…I may mot...Read full review »

This is an excellent podcast that keeps you wanting more. I discovered this podcast recently and I’ve been going back and listening to old episodes while I wait for a new one to be released. These 3 guys are great and their personalities compliment each other.

Hey. My calf did all that before my Achilles became injured. Be smart. Your calf may be trying to protect your Achilles tendon!!

Bill, Glen, and Sean talk about running stuff. Sometimes it's an interview, sometimes just them. It's always fun and very relatable for a casual runner. Just a few guys talking about doing something they love. I enjoy the honesty in the episodes. These guys aren't trying to sell you...Read full review »

A no BS podcast! They don’t provoke their guest or try to steer them into some uncomfortable area. The interviews are so laid back and informative. The Splits episodes are great, just dudes talking about stuff, sometimes running related, sometimes not, but always enjoyable.

Great running podcast. I enjoy the stories shared. Sometimes they are funny, sometimes they are serous, you never know what you will get but it’s never disappointing. Great job guys! I hope you continue providing these podcast and sharing y’alls private life.

This podcast is great. When I run, I always listen to podcasts and I love listening to you guys! Just became a patreon member. It’s the least I can do. Keep it up!

But...you need to get back to interviews and talking about runs and races. The swearing contests are getting old, and there hasn’t been much substance lately. Looking forward to the old Splits

These guys tell it like it is for running and life in general. Oh, and they have lots of fun in the process. It’s the highlight of my week on Thursday’s. Keep it coming guys!

Two brothers and a good friend that have tremendous chemistry. I listen to these guys and I feel like I am standing around my local running shop or running bar listening to some good dudes to discuss running. I am super picky with my podcast library. With that said, Sleepy G & Company are as legit as it gets. You can tell these fellas truly love what they’re doing. Love the honesty and comradery between the guys.

I've been listening to the NSP for the last few months and the guys strike the balance between running and the other stuff. They get the best out of their guests and are runners just like us who experience the ups and downs of runners. Lots of great runners in back episodes and plenty more to...Read full review »

Three guys - family men with real jobs and real life, occasionally fan-boying over great runners and often talking about their enjoyment and struggles related to running and the running community. It's like I'm running with a guy squad (I'm female, and their stuff cracks me up). My...Read full review »

You’ll learn, laugh and maybe even cry listening to The Negative Split Podcast. Great & creative content for every type of runner. Perfect podcast for a long run or stuck in morning traffic. If you need more running and laughing in your life....these are your guys.

Enjoy listening to the podcast, but having a really hard time getting through some of them because of the constant vulgar language. If this is a “man’s cave” environment it should come with a warning - constant dropping of the f-bomb among others. Maybe you should go back and listen to your own...Read full review »
