Negative Splits Podcast is great
I have been a runner off and on for about 8 years. I've become a more serious runner in the past 3-4 years and am always looking to learn more about the sport. A couple of weeks ago I did a search on iTunes and found The Negative Splits podcast and immediately downloaded all the episodes to give it a try. I am glad that I did. From the start these guys are very normal. Although they have run some pretty big distances, the guys don't have super egos about it. Highly recommend this podcast for all runners - new and seasoned you will enjoy it.
