Reasonable analysis stymied by endless adverts
I know the New Statesman is notoriously financially unstable but even with generous amounts of goodwill any listener will struggle to sit through what is almost half of an episode's runtime being filled by adverts. It's salt in the wound that many of these adverts are for the mega corporations that the publication ought to be calling out for many of the woes modern Britain faces.Read full review »

I listen to this podcast every week in an attempt to cover the political spectrum in my podcast consumption. However I struggle to enjoy these two narrow minded presenters who self righteously sneer down at those who do not share their philosophy.
