Hi Tim, I’ve been listening to your pod for years, mostly while cranking my recumbent exercise bike in my basement, and I enjoy it quite a bit. Thanks for doing it! I’m 76 and, thanks mostly to biking I’m in good shape except for some arthritis, but the best solution for that is to keep moving....Read full review »

This is the best biking podcast I have found. Tim is informative and brings a lot of humor to the discussion. I look forward to Thursdays just to get to listen to a new episode.

I have been a regular listener for a couple of years. I really enjoy Tim’s story telling style and how he mixes in great travel and technique info. I particularly enjoyed the latest podcast episode on California. I was very pleased to find out that he used the Santa Anna River Trail. It was...Read full review »

I live in England and there seems to be nobody in England who creates podcasts about bicycle travel. So when I found the pedalshift podcast. I thought even tho it is American I would give it a listen. And most of the information is suitable for touring anywhere. And I am still listening to it...Read full review »

Please keep reading the names of the contributors. It gives the podcast a small comfortable feeling. That and I like hearing my name read.

Tim should change his last name from Mooney to Money, because he is on point. Truest enjoy listening to him talk his way through a ride, explaining gear or even planning a trip. Ride your ride Sir, and I will listen.

I have to say I didn’t know what to make of his podcast at first but I realized he’s great at narrating his tours and telling the story. If you a chance to hear the one about biking with pugs. It was one of the better segments and the oompah music complimented the story well. Occasionally it can...Read full review »

The podcast is great, but please, please, Please stop repeating the list of your contributors. When I’m not driving, I fast forward when the recitation starts. When I can’t do that, I find it more and more annoying. Give them extra content if you want, but don’t ask me to listen to their names.

A Pug-powered pedalfest :-). Tim has the best bike touring podcast on the web. Tour planning, tips, techniques, gear, routes, interviews, he has it all.
