Incredible resource!!
We adore Dr. Mona and this podcast! She presents clear and concise information about important topics while citing the evidence base, her professional opinion, as well as her personal experiences as a mother. We have taken away so many helpful tips and feel more confident as we get ready to jump into parenthood. Her approach comes across so genuinely encouraging and non-judgmental which, unfortunately, can be hard to come by these days.

I appreciate...Read full review »
