Good Podcast
So far I have listened to every episode and love to listen to podcasts since I cover the southeastern United States for work. The topics are specific and the episodes are short and direct. My only complaint is that Coach Dos constantly puts down Crossfit. Yes there are several facilities across the country that do not know what they are doing but some coaches are very good and understand programming very well. I will keep listening but I do not think you should put down something that other top notch athletes and coaches believe in like Justin Thacker, Travis Mash and Donny Shankle to name a few. Most personal trainers do not know what they are doing and just try to make the workouts hard without knowing the why. Thanks for sharing your expertise and I look forward to more episodes!

Dos and Fleming bring such a wealth of application and experience and deliver it in a very pragmatic way. It’s easy to understand whether you’re a seasoned strength coach, personal trainer, or even an athlete trying to improve their performance.
