“I listen to or read Peter Attia often and possibly only ingest 33% of the content which either means I am deeply misguided in what I walk away with or I am challenged and engaged to learn a little more the next time. Hopefully the latter... This podcast is the perfect format for me as I find Peter's interview style to be really helpful in getting more from the topics. I really like digesting dense topics in this interpersonal conversation where you learn in the context of a deeper biographical interview with leading experts. Learning about what makes his guest's tick is as much a part of the thrill as learning what the hell MTOR is... Thank you for putting this out there Dr. Attia!
