Informative, empathetic, but overrun with ads
This podcast does a good job of setting context to this horrific crime, empathetic to the victims, but it is overrun with advertisement. In the second season, of episode 5, first four minutes and fifty-one seconds is ads. Then there are two mid-roll ad sections of at least 2 minutes. The last 4-5 minutes is ads. Practically 1/3 of the podcast is ads. Get a presenting sponsor or reduce your ad reads! It’s almost unlistenable because of this. I just started listening this week, and I’m probably going to stop. This amount of excessive ads is a disservice to the victims and the sponsors. I skip through all of the ads.

Way way too many commercials I almost just stopped listening and I did actually began looking for something better on another podcast. What made it especially annoying was the same ads over and over. So bad I would never now watch the podcasts advertised!!!!

All of the iHeartRadio podcasts will still play probably 60 to 70% commercials. free and subscribed. Doesn’t matter. This is bait and switch. What a waste.
