Concepts I’ve Always Struggled With: Explained Fantastically
I’m only ten episodes in or so, but this podcast is fantastic. I’d heavily recommend listening through from the start, as their explorations / explanations of different concepts all build on each other, with a strong theoretical/ideological basis, as well as fantastic practical experience. The short... idk what to call them, vignettes of a world to come? Are beautiful in their presentation, and I could easily listen to an hour of the story they tell. Excited to eventually be caught up to the present, then Suddenly get sad when I realize there’s no more to listen to.

Started listening when I was a year into my own bountiful ecology project and it has been fantastic resource and entertaining to listen to as I work with my plants. Soil ecology is my favorite episode series

A real left ecological podcast! Ties together systems theory, social ecology, indigenous wisdom, and agroecology and blends theory with practice to help us not only survive an uncertain future, but shape that future into a just and ecological one.

Each episode brings so much knowledge and insight on whatever topic is covered; looking at things through an ecological lens. Complex systems theory really informed my view on the interconnected nature of life and how we can influence and adapt to our future.
