Postpartum Mama
I am loving all the information I’m getting from this podcast as well as the Postpartum Reset Program. I’m currently building a binder and being mindful of my macros and its so nice to have a podcast to compliment the material I’m learning. I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old and i have been having an incredibly hard time. Im going to the gym. BUT foundational needs for me are nutrition, hydration and sleep! I really needed to be reminded of this. Thank you.

This podcast is so helpful as I am walking through my second postpartum journey but first c-section. Milk supply has always been my biggest concern so episode 1 gave really good advice on how to take care of myself without sacrificing what I need to support my baby.
