Excited for the new direction Kris is taking the podcast about deep exploration and more linear approach to the podcast focused on adding to the climbing community in an organized fashion. Thanks Kris!

This is a pretty good podcast about climbing training

This started as a good podcast for those focused on improving as a rock climber. Over the last year it has devolved into a waste of time where at least half of the episodes have absolutely no relevance to improving at climbing. I am not sure why I would want to listen to unaccomplished climbers...Read full review »

Refreshing to have a podcast to listen to that stresses the importance of tactics and things that can improve your climbing outside of training to get stronger.

This isA great train podcast that has been around for several years now. Going through the past episodes and picking out those that will help you address your weaknesses, both mentally and physically, is very helpful for keeping your training beneficial and engaging. Thanks Kris and Nate

Good info but Kris can be a little condescending at times and a four part series about home wall questions screams privilege

Best podcast I’ve listened too for climbing training and even just general training

The Devin Dabney interview is another beautiful opportunity to bust out of the crusty one-size-fits-all story of climbing. Got tremendous insight from the honest discussion of what it feels like when you've carved out a (precarious) spot for yourself as an Other in a space dominated by those...Read full review »

Good advice but often comes off with a condescending tone

Power Company Climbing is an awesome resource for climbers. Thanks Kris for keeping at it and being generous with your time and wisdom! The most recent episode, an interview with Devin Dabney, was one of my favorites. As a mixed race climber, I could relate to many topics and was totally...Read full review »

I listen to Kris and the Power Company podcast almost every day. Kris has his finger in the dial when it comes to climbing. He also is a great talker. Definitely one of my fav podcast ever.

Love this podcast and all of the substantive interviews, I just wish they’d refer to female climbers as women and not girls. It’s demeaning. No one on here is referring to male climbers as boys...

I only recently came across this podcast and I have to confess that I listened to almost all the episodes in the last two months. Who knows how I could have possibly stuck to my hangboard routine during this no-climbing-covid-19-period without this podcast to keep up my motivation! Even though...Read full review »

This podcast is easily the most eloquent and thought provoking of the climbing podcasts - I always take something away from EVERY episode to apply to my warmups, training, projects, and even my mental game. If you’re going to listen to one climbing podcast this is it!

Great podcast! Some feedback- try to avoid interrupting the interviewees :)

Power Company is the best of both worlds — they give incredibly practical advice on training & getting stronger (seriously, the kind of info you would have to pay for in a lot of other places) & just have really great conversations that give you warm climbing-community fuzzies. Love this podcast and I listen to a lot of them because I drive for a living. Mostly geeking out on minutiae, which might not be for everyone but I love it! PLEASE DO MORE EPISODES ON SPRAY WALLS!!!

Great info on how to get better at climbing. Useful discussion on a variety of topics, and great guests. My favorite training climbing podcast by far.

I love the podcast. I do high rise window cleaning in Lexington Ky, so it only took about two month of daily listening to get through your whole set. I love the relatability ( Nate with window cleaning, kris with skateboarding.... and then the whole RRG trad climbing start).

The best one there is, hands down. Not exaggerating when I say it’s made me a better climber.

I found this podcast a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. Just started to listen from the first episode and making my way through the great content. I hope I will be ever able to catch up with the new episodes as well.

A never ending flow off useful information related to climbing and training in general, but the host always manages to keep it relatable and down to earth.

This podcast has it moments. Great production & consistency. The downsides are Kris’s abrasive nature. His constant bashing of science is unfortunate. If he is weak in a topic he tends to resist actually trying to be comfortable in it & will take a dogmatic stance instead. Some topics can...Read full review »

Hey! I started listening to your podcast about a month ago, and I've learned SO MUCH. I've been climbing for about 3 years, but I'm 40, so finding coaching or folks my age to climb with who are as into it as I am and from whom I can learn can be challenging. Listening to these podcasts completely changed the way I viewed climbing training. They helped me stay psyched during injuries, guided me as when to train what aspect, helped my mental game, and greatly contributed to me climbing my first V10. Definitely check them out!

Great content and lots of variety and breadth. Obviously each person is going to find different things from different episodes more or less helpful than others, but I think everyone can find enough gems to make it worth the listen.
