Listening to this podcast is so benificial for my climbign that I am not even sure I need to train anymore. I measured my forearms after listening to the episode with Dru Mack, and they grew two inches in circumference. After the Arno episode, I have resided in this new zen space that allows me to literally float a few inches off the ground, but only if I choose to.

Kris takes on interesting questions that are out of the norm for some of the other climbing podcasts out there. He finds unique outlooks on topics that keep things interesting. He always brings in the best folks for interviews as well, finding people with really great outlooks on the sport.
