Best in the game
Listening to this podcast is so benificial for my climbign that I am not even sure I need to train anymore. I measured my forearms after listening to the episode with Dru Mack, and they grew two inches in circumference. After the Arno episode, I have resided in this new zen space that allows me to literally float a few inches off the ground, but only if I choose to.

As climbing training becomes a "thing", Kris is the real deal is a sea of people who think they can teach just because they are strong climbers. He's smart and thoughtful and kind and funny and insightful and humble and all of that shines thru in his podcast. Superb. So excited to have this!

All good, duration, frequency, hosts, I really like it and most importantly for me now: they follow the same line, there are mostly no contradictions that is unlike some other podcasts who brings different people where you may get so much ideas that at the end you don't know which one to followRead full review »
