Promising start!
Kris focuses on training and technique and keeps bringing the conversation back to what his guest has to share that will help the rest of us get better at climbing. Anecdotes and autobiographical details are fine, but the first episode is exactly what I want from a training podcast- a trainer who really knows his stuff talking training with a guest who really knows his stuff too!

As climbing training becomes a "thing", Kris is the real deal is a sea of people who think they can teach just because they are strong climbers. He's smart and thoughtful and kind and funny and insightful and humble and all of that shines thru in his podcast. Superb. So excited to have this!
