“Far beyond a simple "go do this exercise" discussion, Kris and his guests do an incredible job of breaking down what good training for climbing looks like. Over the 20+ episodes I've listened to, discussions have ranged from exercise phisiology and training programs to the mental aspects and even coming back from severe injuries. While the discussions are always deep and insightful, Kris does a great job of always keeping it relatable, accessible, and often humorous.
