“I enjoy this climbing/training podcast more than some others I have tried. Lots of good training information and gets me psyched on climbing. Kris has a good rapport with his guests, and the conversations seem natural and easy. This could be due in part to his unwillingness to hold Skype interviews, which I greatly appreciate. He also asks relevant questions of his guests, taking the time to understand the reasons behind training principles, instead of getting lost in the minutiae of details (e.g. how many reps/sets to do, give me an example of a weekly workout plan for you, etc.). While I enjoy the interviews, I'm not particularly a fan of the "board meeting" episodes, as they seem to lack focus and ramble a bit too much. My one request would be to bring more discussion on training for less advanced climbers and/or climbers with full time jobs (I climb 5.10+/5.11- and work full time). Otherwise, keep it up!”Read full review »

Good job to Kris and Co for being real, open...”Read full review »
