I’m sure it’s an interesting story, but
Josh Levine is interesting and entertaining is his Slate sports podcast HUAL. But here he somehow takes a seemingly interesting story and makes it boring. Further,I think he’s right that the welfare queen stereotype was racist and unfair. But his actual case for that is not persuasive. or maybe it is and I was just too bored to notice.

I was mesmerize with the story of the Queen and how it was told. It’s very timely and relevant for our times. Slate writers are consistently great.
