Fantastic podcast driven by dedicated critically minded hosts. It’s been one of my favorite podcasts for years.

The podcast has gotten so much better over the years. Not that it was ever bad, it's just more refined now. It's one of only three podcasts that I absolutely must listen to every week without fail. It has become more mature and thoughtful lately, but it still keeps its original charm and...Read full review »

I came back to this after a year away (I couldn’t take any more because it was just too plain vanilla in the subjects it handled). It is good, but also so shallow there’s no need to even wear trainer armbands in this pool of skepticism. Unfortunately, and it may have been bad timing, but I...Read full review »

Your Analysis of Scott Adams and Sam Harris was snarky and shallow. You exemplified everything Scott spoke of from cognitive dissonance to conformation bias. Let me guess... not a Trump fan? (I’m psychic) Scott stayed reasonable and responsive to all Sams arguments. Sam truly tried to be...Read full review »

Was a fan until the March 21st show where you missed some facts and spread some nonsense. Opposite of reality.

I found TRC by following their friend Stuart Robbins, my favorite pseudoscience-debunking astronomer. Debunking, myth-busting and truth seeking is the name of the game here, and the TRC crew plays it like a game. The scope of their subject matter is just about unlimited, although thankfully they...Read full review »

After religiously listening to this show since about episode 100, unfortunately, the end is here. After listening to TRC Episode # 555 I realized we have just too many ideological differences. Seems weird that this is a show that advocates Critical Thinking yet, you ignorantly judged Naruto as a...Read full review »

Content is decent and sometimes excellent but some hosts affect a pseudo pose trying to appear cool and relevant. Not needed, be yourselves.

Lots of podcasts cover skepticism, but these canadiens put a different flavor. They have some fun games and different guests plus they remind me of how my friends would talk about those issues. I really like the format and have been enjoying this podcast for a couple years now.

Hosts are continuously encouraging listeners to engage in critical thinking, humility and a variety of perspectives. Warning: some phrases and views have a Canadian flavour to them, but not always. They have a great sense of humour and present on a wide variety of topics that pertain to a broad...Read full review »

Good interviewers and interesting topics. Most of all I really enjoyed the interview with Brian Tomasik, which was thought-provoking.

Variety of topics, in-depth analysis, and witty humor. A great thank you to the hosts for helping us to embrace our inner skepticism! My favorite podcast by far.

TRC makes me think and smile every week of the year. This is a group of people that seem smart, friendly, kind, and devoted to getting to the truth of an issue. They are Canadians at our best. Thanks for the six years I’ve been listening of your ten. Here’s to many more.

This podcast is always interesting and sometimes I learn stuff which is actually useful in my life. Highly recommended. Mostly debunks popular myths, but occasionally confirms things which are thought to be myths but which are actually true.

This Show has drastically altered my world view. I’m still undecided if it’s for the better or not. Once the myth has been busted there’s no going back. Mostly interesting show. Definately left bias. That makes it hard to listen to at diferent times. We all lean one way or the other but it's distressing when it jumps out. Here it does often. They don’t belabor any one point to long. They do the homework for you, teach you something interesting, and move on to the next subject. I really enjoy the variety and I appreciate their skepticism of bad science and/or incomplete studies.

Opinions are presented as facts, emotions are presented as reason. Knowing the right words doesn't mean you have a grasp of the meaning, nor the ability to think like a philosopher. The hosts should rethink their profession.Read full review »

Over 400 and still kicking names and taking something.
