“I've been listening to this podcast for quite awhile. I don't recommend it for women. I don't know if men might like it better. It's a few guys who get together. They each have a topic to debunk. The person presenting usually seems to have researched it to come to their pre-established conclusion and they sometimes get things wrong. There have been many times it's been apparent these guys don't know any chemistry and make an assumption based on wrong knowledge that starts off their entire argument. It's a little frustrating and makes me wonder what else is wrong that I don't already know. Meanwhile, there are a lot of stupid dick jokes. It's really a guys club and goes a long way to show why women may be uncomfortable in the skeptics movement. There are heavy breathers, or maybe they are smoking while they record? It's distracting. Sound quality varies.
I really tried to like it and I listened for well over a year, but I've got too many podcasts to listen to now and this one is falling off the list.”Read full review »
