I love the show, and love both Deb and Kenji (although let’s be honest, Deb a little more), but it seems weird that the recipes they discuss aren’t linked in the show notes. Love this podcast!
I’ve been a loyal follower of Deb’s for years and many of her recipes are in my usual rotation. She and Kenji make an awesome pair! Love the banter between them and I’m learning so much about the science of cooking. Entertaining and educational, what could be better!
