“We head to Highland Park, NJ every year to see my son and daughter-in-law and one of the highlights is being within walking distance to Stage Left. Francis and Mark are always entertaining so I wasn’t surprised to learn they had a podcast. I have had close friends in the restaurant business, so their stories remind me of other great times, other great meals. Listen to a story then stop by the restaurant to experience it in person. We still talk about the porterhouse finished on a salt block as being one of the best steak dishes ever.”
