“This is the first time I have felt strongly enough about a podcast to take the time to write a review. I find Susan’s honesty about what it takes to open an online store to be amazingly helpful, and we are all learning from her successes and mistakes. She is very humble, and shares manageable and applicable tips and lessons on the podcast that can be immediately applied to my online store. I find that many podcasts are full of “the 5 things you can do to (fill in the blank). When you listen, the “5 things” are vague and general - so general that it’s just rhetoric. Susan’s tips have been hands on REAL actionable items that you can do to improve your traffic and conversion. I am so glad that I found Susan. I joined the Inner Circle with reservations because I find so many online subscriptions/memberships to fizzle out or be disorganized and sadly not worth the money.
I am just beginning with The Inner Circle, and so far I am blown away with how many resources are included with my membership. Susan and her team REALLY know e-commerce. They have specialists that offer very affordable coaching to help you through to your next steps. The courses are set up to build upon themselves. The Facebook group teaches me something new every time I log on. If you are looking for step by step coursework, support, traffic building and conversion, Susan Bradley and her podcast and services will definitely help you through. I can’t wait to dig in further!”
