Brilliantly consistent podcast
I was never a fan of podcasts, but this one has changed my mind!! It’s brilliant, has a very good range of guests, topics and conversations with a consistent high standard of quality. Was behind with them episodes but have recently binge listened to them while commuting or doing uni work and caught up. Writing this comment after listening to episode #117 with Dr. Mike Israetel, and this episode was absolute top notch. I would recommend this episode, and all of them to anyone who is into fitness or rugby.

As a former player, and now tactical athlete I find the information extremely valuable. While I no longer need to make crushing tackles (well almost never) strength, mobility, and recovery are still prominent factors in my daily life. The podcast covers all of these and more!
