A must listen for any amateur Rugby player
First of all I just want to say it’s a refreshing to find a podcast that is aimed at Amateur rugby player not aimed at the Pros like most resources available. TJ actively advises you take in account your work life balance, kids etc. To help you create a routine you will stick to. As a 33 year old man, only a year into his Playing rugby transitioning from Olympic lifting/CrossFit this podcast has made me realise I cannot train like I used to in my 20’s. More importantly it’s stopped my throwing in the towel after a month of overtraining. 100% worth a listen

Invaluably informative as always! One of the most underrated sports podcasts out there

As a former player, and now tactical athlete I find the information extremely valuable. While I no longer need to make crushing tackles (well almost never) strength, mobility, and recovery are still prominent factors in my daily life. The podcast covers all of these and more!
