No B/S solid advice
TJ has been a great source of information to help me clear through the crap as I’m returning to Rugby after a long time off. Clear cut, simple and effective information to be put into practice straight away and buckets of cold water to keep you on track and away from stupid distractions. He’s got a great style and explains it all simply. Look out for the Rugby Physical Preparation Pyramid, awesome simple idea and the Rugby Applied Series. Well worth digging into.

Been chasing a podcast that encompasses all the nutrition, fitness and self-improvement aspects but with a major focus on rugby, rugby muscle definitely fulfils this wish.
