Very informative and engaging podcast
I have been listening for 3 weeks now and playing a bit of catch up, this is one of my go to day to day podcasts. Easy to listen to, and I feel like I am part of the conversations. I have been getting away from heavy (powerlifting) barbell movements aside from lighter technical oly, and leaning more toward throwing around heavier kettlebells. I find if helps a lot with my sprinting, speed drills, and overall power with only using one bell at a time. Do you incorporate kettlebells into your routine and do you program them into others training? If you are a go for kettlebells, what is the one move you would advise others to practice that transfers over to the field? Lanky 8 man for life.

I love the honesty every time when you listen to one of these! No nonsense and no masking it as something that it isn’t... it’s just hard work that’s needed! And I love that!

I can’t believe my name was mentioned 3 podcasts away from Brett Contreras being a guest. It’s not much but I’ll take it. 5 stars.

It’s rare for me to get hooked on a podcast which I listen to back to back - even more rare when it’s about rugby and fitness (as well as random facts of the day).. sound is definitely better with the new set up.. Keep ‘me coming buddy! KP
