I have been getting away from heavy (powerlifting) barbell movements aside from lighter technical oly, and leaning more toward throwing around heavier kettlebells. I find if helps a lot with my sprinting, speed drills, and overall power with only using one bell at a time.
Do you incorporate kettlebells into your routine and do you program them into others training? If you are a go for kettlebells, what is the one move you would advise others to practice that transfers over to the field?
