A must listen for any runners who are injured or just looking to improve!
I started listening to the run smarter series at the start of this year, once I became injured.. I can honestly say I’ve learnt SO much! And not just about injury prevention/recovery but also how to improve my running speed and performance. My only regret is that I didn’t start listening before I was injured as I am sure I could have prevented my injury with this knowledge. Thank you Brodie for providing great insights and content!
