A fast favorite running podcast. Full of practical and applicable tips spanning a wide range of topics. Not too bogged down by scientific details, but obviously evidence-based. I only wish I had found it before I suffered an injury! In my opinion, a must listen for all types of runners.

Check out any one of Brodie’s episodes and this channel will become your favorite podcast! As an experienced physiotherapist, everything Brodie says about biomechanics, injury prevention, and the mind are spot on. Brodie is an excellent conversationalist and I could listen to Run Smarter all day.
