I came across this podcast when I was dealing with a bad bout of ITB syndrome after a 25k race. I found the tips on ITBS and other injuries really helpful. Trust me, you’d want to learn the stuff that Brodie talks about sooner than later!

A fast favorite running podcast. Full of practical and applicable tips spanning a wide range of topics. Not too bogged down by scientific details, but obviously evidence-based. I only wish I had found it before I suffered an injury! In my opinion, a must listen for all types of runners.
