Excellent information!
I listen to a lot of podcasts and I’m always looking for podcasts like this that can help me become better in very specific ways. The Run Smarter podcast includes tons of excellent information that I can use to not only rehabilitate from my running injuries but also to prevent them. Highly recommend this podcast for any runners or athletes interested in learning more about how our bodies react to training.

This is a very informative and science backed podcast. I have learnt a lot from it. I think every runner will benefit from it. Make sure you listen to the 10 first episodes before you jump into the latest ones.
