Best podcast for injured athletes!
I’m an aged competitor, a “hybrid athlete” as they say, an even amount of running and strength. Unfortunately a chronic running condition (Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy) has hampered my performance for years and ultimately sidelined me. After listening to Brodie’s podcast I felt like he was speaking directly to me! So much so that I hired him after undergoing bilateral PRP injection in both hamstring tendons. I’m confident he’ll get me back to doing what I love, Spartan and Hyrox competitions!

I’m still new to this podcast but it has already helped me address my Achilles issues and nip some ITB irritation in the bud. It is so incredibly clear and informative. I’m looking forward to listening more and learning to train and run smarter!

I have had one injury that has come back twice. After listening to Brodie’s recommendations, I am beginning to get some relief. I’ll be approaching 55 soon and I so look forward to running with the knowledge that Brodie is sharing with runners about injuries.
