Ok
Good topics but the banter can get a bit annoying. Keen to just hear about running.

So fun to listen (or watch on YouTube) to this when running, working, cooking, “fill in the blank” activity. Andy, Sarah, and Rick feel like one of those teams where no one would have guessed they’d work so well together, but you are so glad that they came together to make this awesome show. ...Read full review »

This is such an amazing running podcast! I have been loving the 10 days in Paris and this podcast really finds the balances between interesting, entertaining and informative. Thank you to the whole team and to Sarah, Andy and Rick for always providing great episodes and content!

Really struggled with the LDN marathon piece they did with Sarah sobbing into the camera because “she’s her own biggest troll” and she found it hard… when there were people with literal terminal cancer running it with a smile on their face, raising thousands for charity. A bit tone deaf,...Read full review »

Recently got into running and now after doing the Manchester 10k in May I have signed up for a half marathon in September so I am loving listening to your podcast on my commute. So many tips and advice and I am learning all this new technical talk. Thanks 😊

9/10 for entertainment, 8/10 for running relevant information, 10/10 for being all about the running community An entertaining podcast, structured more as a conversation than interview or lecture. They lightly cover a variety of running related topics, news, share life updates, and answer...Read full review »

We’ve got Google for the science, so the banter is the best part. Perfect accompaniment to easy runs and cross training. Love it!

Whether you are a beginner or a veteran, running hour after hour, day after day, sometimes in horrific weather, it’s really nice to listen to a podcast that makes you a better runner and, at the same time, is a lot of fun to listen to. The Running Channel family is always great company.

Really great running podcast and one that actually motivates me to get out and do a bit. Would be really good if you could stay on topic more. Perhaps less waffle at the start and get into the topic selection sooner. Questions are good - news section a bit boring.

Started out enjoying this but after a while the common-room banter and a in-house jokes of the presenters began to grate on me. They clearly have a great time, but a little more focus on the subject matter would enhance the pod.

I’ve been a long time listener and YouTube subscriber to the running channel and have always loved the content. Like most, I’ve not been proactive enough to leave a review.
