Harita’s interview was very inspiring!
Thank you for sharing Harita’s story including her background and motivations. I’ve known this wonderful woman for many years and have been following her 3100-mile adventures online mostly. Her courage and humility are inspiring and motivating , not only to runners but anyone who wants to undertake a challenge! I concur that meditation is the catalyst to increase our awareness and intuition so that we can believe in our inner messages . I hope she can inspire many in these difficult times to follow her example of self -transcendence! Devaki Groulx -Montréal, Canada
