Even as a non-runner (well, a very sporadic one), there is something so positive to glean from each show. Tina’s enthusiasm is contagious and you feel like you are listening to friend you’ve known for years. The wide array of guests makes her podcast truly have something for everyone.

Tina is such a good personality. Awesome balance between competition and the fun of the sport. A couple years ago when I started running competitively I learned a lot from her show on Runner Connect and I continue to learn many years later.... All while getting a good laugh. Thanks Tina
