Inspiring Podcast
This podcast was an inspiration to me to better achieve a healthy state of calmness. Physical activity such as yoga, running or walking helps maintain your focus and better manage your time. This podcast will help me use daily exercise in an effort to maintain calmness.

I am no longer a runner, so wasn’t sure how this podcast would fit for me, but was pleasantly surprised how much value I got out of the content in an episode that talked about the importance of strength and conditioning and yoga. Awesome!
