A refreshing and valuable business podcast
Sales Hacker is a pithy, direct and insightful podcast. Jacobs does a great job of asking straight, black and white questions to have the guest provide honest and sober answers. Key highlights of the first episode are Jacobs probing the background of the guest (Kiva Kolstein, CRO of AlphaSense) to get an idea of his story and how he attained his position. From there it leads his professional development from individual sales rep, to manager to, C-level. Within this discussion, you also get details and opinions on growth tactics, managing teams and one of the riskier areas of hiring talent. Kolstein, to his credit, provides excellent answers with key details, examples and best practices he's learned from his career. The conversation moves at a great pace providing excellent information for both the experienced sales professional to someone tangentially involved in the cycle. Plus there's an Albert Brooks reference. Highly recommended.Read full review »
