Great primer
Use it to start my day reminding myself to actively be the best version of me when heading out into the world. Thoroughly recommend it - interesting and somehow rather calming to listen to!

At the time I subscribed, it was Episode 7: How Gratitude Benefits Your Brain. Very apt at a time when a coworker constantly grumbled about her husband time away from home because he wanted to work hard for his family. I found the podcast encouraging and set me on a positive path, keep it up!
