Love this podcast
I am a 38 year old female trying to lose my last 5lbs of body fat and build muscle. It’s been a struggle for me because im short and have a pretty low body weight. There’s been times when I wondered if I should give up on my goals, but I love this podcast because it gives me practical information and strategies that helps me feel like I can achieve my goals without torturing myself or going to extremes. He breaks down the complicated info in a straightforward way, which I appreciate! And he is very accurate and precise, but in a simple way. Glad I found this podcast

Nice to learn why I never lost fat and only lost weight. It’s been a great relief to know that calories actually matter. Laugh out loud and learn about fitness at the same time. Sean is knowledgeable, genuine and very funny! If you only have time to listen to one fitness podcast this is the one to choose.
