“Well researched, interesting insights - there are plenty of places to hear glorious tales of Canada's greatness, but not many like this that offer other sides of the story. It's important for us as a nation to acknowledge not only moments we're proud of, but I've often felt we need to know and hear the stories of hardship and the stories of when and how Canada treated it's people badly. If we don't learn from history, we're doomed to repeat it's mistakes. This is a the sort of Canadian history lessons we all need, to help us temper our nationalism with balance.
