HSP + Inclusion and Accessibility
I found Alissa’s podcast through her content on Instagram (which I really enjoy), however, I find the podcast content that I’ve listened to so far a little harder to embrace. It does not seem to acknowledge all people’s experiences as HSPs - people who can’t take 2 weeks off from work to process grief or who can’t take breaks every 2 hours to do breath work and check in with themselves. The tips themselves are great…if life will let you meditate and do Pilates. Nothing against those tools, but not everyone has the ability/privilege to do these types of things and it’d be nice to hear that acknowledged.
