HSP + Inclusion and Accessibility
I found Alissa’s podcast through her content on Instagram (which I really enjoy), however, I find the podcast content that I’ve listened to so far a little harder to embrace. It does not seem to acknowledge all people’s experiences as HSPs - people who can’t take 2 weeks off from work to process grief or who can’t take breaks every 2 hours to do breath work and check in with themselves. The tips themselves are great…if life will let you meditate and do Pilates. Nothing against those tools, but not everyone has the ability/privilege to do these types of things and it’d be nice to hear that acknowledged.

Alissa has such a warm and encouraging vibe. I so appreciate feeling like I found a guide, sister and friend in this HSP/Empath journey especially as a new mom and business owner! Keep up the great content!

Alissa's self reflection and articulation is beautiful and strong. Her strong personality is oblivious in the way she speaks and I so relate with that. I am excited to learn from her and with her on harnessing this strength with boundaries and the right mindset. Perfect for me!Read full review »
