Great Running Advise!
I consider myself an “advanced beginner” runner. In 2017 I finally “ran” a full 5k after a year of run-walking them. I discovered Strength Runners program on the internet towards the end of 2016 and started incorporating Jason’s warm up programs before every run and it really helped me stay healthy! I just started listening to his podcast and LOVE them! I find they are filled with good tips and motivation. Jason’s advice is for all levels and really helps the beginner stay motivated and not intimidated!!! Thank you Coach Jason!

Jason drills down on training technique, especially in the area of strength training. Great for people who want to run healthy, avoid or return from injuries. Excellent and informed interviews.
