Amazing!
Jason Fitzgerald is fantastic to listen to. He has really emphasized the importance of patience, consistency, and pure enjoyment of running. I am currently following one of his injury prevention online training programs which was worth every penny. I have struggled with plantar fasciitis and this is the only plan that hasn't brought on any injury related soreness and has me looking forward to every run! This podcast is just the icing on the cake. Now I can listen to him while I run or do a strength workout :). He discusses so many important topics when it comes to running, nutrition, sleep and overall health and well being. His expert interviews with Olympians makes his podcast even better.
