Get's a Runner Thinking...
Been a runner for 10 years now and I'm now getting more intense with my training. Listening to these podcasts informs me of the gamut of topics in the running world and it gets me analyzing my running/training/life. My favorite so far has been the foot strength episode...I've been asked a lot about how to deal with plantar fasciitis by my coworkers and have touted foot strength. It's great to have an easily understood source to back me up! I don't know how Jason does all of what he does--coaching, podcasts, correspondence and oh, wait, family--but I'm glad he does!Read full review »

Jason drills down on training technique, especially in the area of strength training. Great for people who want to run healthy, avoid or return from injuries. Excellent and informed interviews.

Was waiting for this for a while. Finally!!!
