“Been a runner for 10 years now and I'm now getting more intense with my training. Listening to these podcasts informs me of the gamut of topics in the running world and it gets me analyzing my running/training/life. My favorite so far has been the foot strength episode...I've been asked a lot about how to deal with plantar fasciitis by my coworkers and have touted foot strength. It's great to have an easily understood source to back me up!
