“Meghan has taught me so much about how to properly take care of my body. As an ectomorph, I tend to gravitate away from strength training and focus more on cardio, mostly because I just really enjoy the feeling of movement. Meghan helped me understand why I need to work more on my strength and came up with some exercises that actually leave me sore (and self awareness on why I gravitate towards certain exercises or foods).
