DAY 25. TUNING FORK ACTIVATION
Description
Welcome to Day 24 of The Three Diamonds journey and the third bonus session.
Today I am sharing with you one of my favourite sound tools, tuning forks. I love to use these on myself and with clients. They have instant and long term benefits and resonate with pure healing tones, great for meditation and healing.
FYI - When I use the term 'healing', I mean to feel whole. Of course, the body has its own natural healing system, certain frequencies can interrupt dis-ease in the body and help bring the body back into a state of harmony.
What is a tuning fork? A tuning fork is an acoustic usually elastic metal resonator in the form of a two-pronged fork it emits a pure musical frequency, sometimes with higher overtones that gradually fade out.
During this sound activation, I will share other sound instruments to accompany the tuning forks including an Iridescent Light Alchemy Sound bowl, Wah Wah (another favourite sound tool) in 528Hz, Bar Chimes in 528 Hz, 432 Hz, 111Hz and tuning forks 528 Hz, 111 Hz and Angelic C4096 Hz (Earth), 4160 Hz, and 4225 Hz.
Information and benefits of the tuning forks and sound tools shared in this activation session:
Hz (hertz) is the unit of frequency in the International System of Units (SI)
432 Hz - Brings harmony, calm and peace.
111 Hz - Great for releasing good feel hormones, cell rejuvenation, reducing pain and elevating mood.
528 Hz - The love frequency, healing at DNA and cellular level.
C4096 Hz (Earth), 4160 Hz, and 4225 Hz - Angelic - Centers the body and helps connect to angelic realms.
