Welcome to Day Eighteen of the 30-Day meditation practice. Today we return to our senses but specifically focus on our sixth sense, our spirit. Close your eyes and find a comfortable position, allowing yourself to relax. Take a deep breath in, and slowly exhale, releasing any tension or thoughts occupying your mind. Now, shift your focus inward and tune into the presence of your spirit. Feel the essence of your being, that inner spark that connects you to something greater than yourself. It resides deep within you, a source of wisdom, unconditional love, and divine guidance. As you breathe in, imagine this radiant inner light expanding, filling every corner of your being. Then, with each breath, feel its energy growing stronger, illuminating your entire being with its gentle, comforting glow. Take a moment to become aware of the sensations within your body. Notice any subtle shifts or feelings of peace and tranquillity. This is the essence of your spirit, ever-present and always ready to guide you on your journey. Now, in this space of inner connection, allow your spirit to communicate with you. Listen to the whispers of your soul, the gentle nudges guiding you towards your highest path. Trust the messages that arise, whether they come from intuitive thoughts, emotions, or sensations. Feel the unconditional love and support that your spirit offers. Know that you are never alone and always held in the embrace of this loving presence. Let this awareness nurture and empower you. In this state of deep connection to your spirit, please take a moment to express gratitude for its wisdom and guidance. Thank your spirit for always being present with unwavering love and support. Feel the gratitude permeating every cell of your being. As you slowly return your awareness to the present moment, carry the knowledge that your spirit is always within you, ready to guide you on your path. Embrace the serenity and clarity that comes from this connection. When you are ready, gently open your eyes, bringing the awareness of your spirit into the world around you. Carry this sense of inner knowing and connection with you as you navigate your day. Remember, your spirit is your constant companion, offering you insights, love, and guidance. Embrace the beauty of your inner essence and let it illuminate your path. Take a moment to honour the spirit within you.  See you tomorrow for Day 19.
