Welcome to Day Fifteen of our 30-day meditation practice. Today we come back to practising using our voice, a powerful sound healing tool we all have within us. And we have also reached the halfway point of this practice together; how are you feeling? Let me know; reply to this podcast episode. Expressive sound meditation can be a powerful tool for releasing emotions, reducing stress, and promoting self-awareness. Using our voice to create sounds that reflect our feelings, we can tap into our inner wisdom and gain insight into our thoughts and feelings. This practice can also help to release tension and energy blockages in the body, leading to a greater sense of relaxation and well-being. Additionally, expressive sound meditation can help improve our vocal and breathing abilities and increase our confidence and creativity. This practice can be a powerful and transformative tool for physical and emotional health. Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to arrive at this moment. Now, let's start sounding. There is no wrong or right way to do this, so let your intuition guide you. I will begin drumming and invite you to start making sounds with your voice. Express how you feel through the sound, whether soft or hard, loud or quiet, high or low pitch. Let the sound flow freely and release any emotions or feelings that must be expressed. I will hold space for you as you explore this practice. When you feel ready, slowly bring your voice to a gentle silence and take a moment to observe how you feel. Open your eyes, take a deep breath, and carry this sense of release and self-expression with you as you continue your day. See you tomorrow for Day Sixteen.
