Welcome to Day Fourteen of our 30-day meditation practice. Today we practice deep listening with healing sounds.
Take time to centre and rest, deeply and softly breathe and allow your body to sink into relaxation.
As the sound meditation plays, allow yourself to become fully immersed in the experience through your senses.
Focus on the vibrations and how they feel in your body; you can bring deeper awareness by using your breath.
Listen to the different sounds and notice how they change and evolve. Imagine the sound waves flowing through your body, heart and spirit, soothing and healing any tension or stress or supporting your intentions.
Allow yourself to fully surrender to the experience and be present at the moment without judgment or expectation.
